For the past three years, I have been engaged in freelance work, working in various capacities as a project writer, facilitator, assistant project manager, and project manager. I have facilitated nine KA153 trainings and one VET internship to date. For each of these Trainings, I have been responsible for developing and delivering educational material and tailoring activities to align with the specific topic at hand. While my expertise spans several areas, it is particularly strong in social and digital entrepreneurship.
As a project writer, I successfully secured funding between €20,000 and €40,000 for about 8-9 KA153YOU projects, supporting both project implementation and the revision and enhancement of additional applications. Additionally, I developed separate project applications targeting larger funding amounts, which are currently under review.
In my role as Assistant Project Manager, I am tasked with a variety of responsibilities that include
overseeing and refining application submissions through consultation, developing contracts, personal
agreements, presentations, and information packets, among others. I also design websites for each separate Professional Development Activity. Further, my responsibilities extend to creating youth passes, collaborating with external experts, writing final reports and overseeing the successful implementation of dissemination activities.
As a project manager, my responsibilities extend to writing and/or developing applications from the ground up to collaborating with partners for project development and budget allocation. Depending on the type of project, I execute time & budget control. I currently manage one K220 project (as a partner country) and have independently developed two KA220 project applications. One application scored 73 points and the other 78 points, not securing funding.
When it comes to project writing, my experience is diverse, covering application types such as KA153, KA105, KA210, & KA220. Additionally, I undertook the development of applications from the ground up for independent project frameworks, such as the “Build” program and Pilot Activities within the Council of Europe.
I am skilled in an array of digital tools. These include Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Videoscribe, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, ChatGPT, QuillBot, and Grammarly. These tools are invaluable not only in project implementation but also in social media management and the development of booklets, particularly in consulting contexts. My digital skill set extends beyond standard applications like Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Canvas, offering a multifaceted approach to project development and implementation that emphasises innovation, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
